  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations across business units and geographies (PAN India), especially for the field force.

Develop sourcing strategies to attract the right talent through job portals, referrals, and social media.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and future talent needs.

Drive employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.

Ensure quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire metrics are consistently met.

Execute campus recruitment, walk-in drives, and bulk hiring initiatives as needed.

  1. HR Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and field managers on HR matters.

Implement and support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling processes.

Support business units in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Actively contribute to employee retention strategies, particularly within the field force.

  1. TA Operations & HR Systems

Collaborate with the broader TA team and functional counterparts to ensure efficient hiring workflows.

Drive the adoption and usage of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Coordinate backend processes like offers, onboarding, background checks, and HRMS entries. Ensure compliance with hiring guidelines and audit requirements.

  1. Employee Experience & Data Analytics

Design and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.

Provide insights from hiring trends and attrition to influence HR strategy.

Prepare dashboards and trackers for review.

Educational Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Experience (Type & Nature)

10+ years of total experience in HR with significant exposure in Talent Acquisition role.

Prior experience in Bulk Hiring or Sales hiring is desirable.

Skills & Technical Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data.

End-to-end Recruitment Lifecycle Management
