  • The Lead Talent Acquisition & Onboarding is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • This includes understanding staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth, engaging and onboarding experience.
  • Reporting to the Head HR, the role ensures that all recruitment and onboarding processes are timely, efficient, and compliant with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
  • The Lead serves as a strategic partner to department heads and leaders of the group Institutions, supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent planning.
  • In addition to recruitment, the role focuses on driving employee life cycle management and supporting engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience from pre-joining to becoming full member in the organisation.
  • This includes facilitating orientation programs, gathering feedback, and collaborating with HR colleagues to support continuous improvement in recruitment, onboarding and retention processes and participating in enhancing employee engagement.
  • The Lead plays a pivotal role in executing talent strategy with a focus on professionalism, consistency, and a strong service orientation, helping to position the institution as an employer of choice.
