Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and focused Student Support Representative to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist students with orders, returns, refunds, and other service-related requests.
  • Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Build rapport with students and encourage referrals through excellent service and support.
  • Proactively identify common student issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or student support is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if applicable).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a calm and patient attitude.
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Graduate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
