Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and focused Student Support Representative to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey with us. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist students with orders, returns, refunds, and other service-related requests.
- Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
- Build rapport with students and encourage referrals through excellent service and support.
- Proactively identify common student issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or student support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (and other regional languages, if applicable).
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and patient attitude.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Graduate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
