Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibabad for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring product quality through quality engineering, quality control, and quality assurance processes. Daily tasks include monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes, conducting product testing and inspections, and implementing quality management systems. The Quality Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Preparation of QMS Documents.

·    Control of Document and records.

·     Supporting MR in implementation of API Q1 & ISO 9001:2015

·       Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance with

API Q1 requirement.

·       Providing evidences of commitment to the development and implementation of the QMS

requirements related to quality activities and continually improve its

effectiveness.

·       Ensuring control of non-conforming product including customer complaints. And taking

necessary action based on root cause analysis.

·       Should be having basic knowledge of centralizer testing as per API 10D specification

& centralizer testing procedure.

·       Should be having basic knowledge of Float Equipment testing as per API 10F

specification & Float testing procedure.

· Should have Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
• 3-5 yrs Experience in Product Quality and Quality Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• B.E in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant certifications in quality management or engineering (e.g., Six Sigma, API and ISO) are a plus
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
