Job Description – Turner (30-Feet Machine, C-Rope Drum, Threads)

Position: Turner / Lathe Machine Operator

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Location: Sahibabad Site 4 Industrial Area ,

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and handle 30-feet lathe machine for heavy-duty machining work.
• Perform precision turning on C-rope drums, threading jobs, and large-diameter components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Carry out internal & external threading with accuracy.
• Maintain machine tools, cutting tools, and ensure proper alignment & calibration.
• Ensure quality control, finish accuracy, and dimensional tolerance.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow safety protocols during machine operation.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with large lathe machines (30 ft capacity).
• Skilled in thread cutting, rope drum machining, shaft turning, and heavy turning work.
• Ability to handle long jobs and heavy material loading.
• Good understanding of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a Turner / Lathe Operator in an industrial or fabrication environment.
• Experience with heavy machining industries (cranes, rollers, rope drums, shafts, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
