Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, meetings, or online channels.

· Present company products/services to prospective customers and explain their benefits.

· Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions.

· Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (candidates from all streams are welcome).
  • 0 –2 years of sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C).
