Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically sound Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the automotive plastics industry. The role involves managing key customer accounts, generating new business, and promoting polymer-based solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B sales with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in plastic components.
- Provide technical consultation on polymer grades and part feasibility.
- Coordinate with production/design teams for project execution.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely collections.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of polymers (ABS, PP, PA, PC, TPE, etc.) and molding processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM/ERP tools.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Preferred:
- Experience dealing with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
- Exposure to raw material sales or plastic compounding.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹535, ₹857,069.89 per year
