Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying potential donors, managing donor relationships, and organizing fundraising events. Day-to-day tasks will include researching funding opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to create awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
  • Strong donor relationship management skills and ability to identify potential donors
  • Event planning and organizing skills for fundraising events
  • Excellent research, proposal writing, and communication skills
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and other teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the non-profit or environmental sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
