- Job Description: Executive Fundraise
- Location: Hybrid at New Delhi, Delhi, India
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to meet annual revenue goals.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects and donors.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective donors.
- Conduct research and analyze foundation, corporation, and individual prospects.
- Manage existing portfolio of donors, ensuring timely engagement and communication.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, both in-person and digital, to maximize outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials using tools such as After Effects.
- Utilize Active Directory to manage donor databases and ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior fundraising staff and volunteers.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Expertise in using Active Directory to manage and structure organizational resources.
- Familiarity with creating visual content using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with the fundraising landscape in New Delhi, Delhi, and surrounding regions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current fundraising trends and propose innovative strategies to enhance donor engagement and funding opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational programs to effectively communicate value propositions to potential donors.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with community leaders and key stakeholders to increase organizational visibility and support.
- Communicate with major donors through various platforms, ensuring sustained relationships through timely updates and personalized communication.
- Ensure all fundraising activities are compliant with legal standards and ethical fundraising practices in the region.
- Regularly update the executive team on the progress and success rates of fundraising initiatives.
- Adapt to new fundraising technologies and methods to constantly improve donation processes and donor experience.
- Organize and host donor appreciation events and acknowledge contributions to foster donor retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to the strategic leadership of the organization by providing insights into financial forecasts and goal-setting based on fundraising outcomes.
