We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Fundraiser to join our Delhi branch. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing the necessary funds to support our various initiatives. This position offers flexibility as it can be performed both online and onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet specified targets.
- Identify and approach potential donors through various channels.
- Organize and participate in fundraising events and campaigns.
- Maintain and update donor databases and records.
- Prepare and present fundraising reports.
- Foster relationships with donors to ensure continued support and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling fundraising materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fundraising or sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social causes and community service.
