**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Donor Outreach**: Contact potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and past supporters, to promote Silverline Foundation’s projects and secure donations.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed fundraising targets by raising at least 3 times your monthly salary in donations consistently, to justify the salary.
- **Campaign Execution**: Lead targeted fundraising campaigns, focusing on specific projects and funding requirements.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of donor interactions, donations, and progress in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Track and report daily and weekly fundraising performance to meet or exceed set targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Fundraising Manager and other team members to strategize and improve fundraising efforts.
- **Feedback**: Provide insight into donor behavior and feedback on improving the success of fundraising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in tele-fundraising, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner.
- **Fundraising Knowledge**: Strong understanding of fundraising techniques, donor psychology, and the ability to handle objections.
- **Results-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- **CRM Experience**: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing donor databases.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple conversations and donors simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Passion for the Cause**: Strong commitment to the social sector and a passion for health and education initiatives.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Hindi for effective communication with a diverse donor base.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in working with a nonprofit organization or in a similar tele-fundraising role.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting donor relationships.
- Experience with using fundraising platforms and tools.
