**Team and Volunteer Management:

- **1. Train a dedicated fundraising team, including staff and volunteers.

2. Assign specific roles and responsibilities to team members for different aspects of the fundraising campaign.

**Events Planning and Execution**:1. Plan and organize fundraising events such as galas, charity runs, auctions, and community fairs.

2. Ensure all events are well-executed, engaging, and effectively promote the NGO’s mission.

3. Establish metrics to evaluate the success of fundraising activities.

4. Regularly monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to strategies.

5. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and donors to demonstrate the impact of their contributions.6. Maintain transparency and honesty in all communications with donor’s.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
