Job Details Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the companys overall business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle job postings, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Plan and execute training & development programs for skill enhancement and employee growth.
  • Conduct performance management & appraisals in coordination with department heads.
  • Ensure a positive work environment, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and reports for management review.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience (minimum 23 years in a managerial role).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
