Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Detailing Bull by engaging with potential customers through phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media channels. The primary responsibility is to convert inquiries into sales, provide product and service information, and ensure customers have a smooth buying experience. This role requires strong product knowledge about automotive detailing services, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven, customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Customer Inquiries & Lead Conversion:

  • Respond to inquiries from prospects via calls, emails, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales by explaining services, packages, and offers clearly.
  • Provide information on pricing, service packages, and promotions to encourage purchase decisions.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Actively promote Detailing Bull's services and packages to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as premium coatings, maintenance packages, and upgrades.

3. Building Strong Customer Relationships:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships by following up on leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide personalized service recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Keep customers updated about new launches, promotions, and special offers.

4. Attending & Managing Sales Calls:

  • Professionally attend inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-ups with prospects.
  • Ensure every phone interaction is persuasive, solution-oriented, and aligns with the company's sales strategy.
  • Address customer objections confidently and convert them into successful sales.

5. Collaborating Across Departments:

  • Work closely with the operations and service team to ensure seamless scheduling of customer appointments after sales.
  • Share customer requirements with the detailing team to ensure expectations are met.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and customer acquisition.

6. Customer Feedback & Market Insights:

  • Gather customer feedback post-sales to assess their satisfaction and likelihood of repeat business.
  • Identify sales trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to provide insights for business growth.
  • Suggest new sales initiatives and promotional ideas to attract more customers.

7. Advising Customers on Products & Services:

  • Provide expert advice on Detailing Bull's services, upgrades, and premium detailing solutions.
  • Help customers choose the most suitable packages based on their budget and requirements.
  • Ensure customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.

8. Maintaining Accurate Sales Records:

  • Document all sales interactions, deals closed, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Track and update the sales pipeline regularly.
  • Ensure all customer and sales data is handled securely as per company policy.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  2. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  3. Target-driven mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
  4. Customer-first approach with patience and active listening.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple leads.
  6. Prior experience in sales, telesales, or field sales (preferably in automotive/services industry) is highly preferred.
