Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets. They will communicate extensively with clients, analyze customer needs, develop strategic account plans, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Strong customer service and business acumen will be essential for success in this role.

  • Sales Planning, Account Strategies, and Revenue Growth experience
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Market Analysis and Industry Knowledge
  • Strong Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple departments
  • Experience in the kitchenware or retail sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
