Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Enterprise - Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager – Hunting/New Acquisition, based in New Delhi and Mumbai. The position involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales cycle, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs for Enterprise Business. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the organization's client base.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and account management
- Effective communication, relationship building, and customer service abilities
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in education or corporate training sectors will be an advantage
