Enterprise Account ManagerLocation: NoidaWork Mode: On-siteEnvertiz Consultancy is hiring an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong client management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through relationship-building and strategic planning.Roles & Responsibilities- Manage a strong portfolio of enterprise clients and provide strategic guidance to support their business objectives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across C-suite stakeholders. - Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned with client goals. - Conduct periodic business reviews to track performance and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Lead contract negotiations and drive deal closures to maximize profitability. - Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. - Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Generate new business from existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets. - Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly performance and annual revenue. - Assist clients with complex requests or escalations as needed.Skills & Qualifications- An Engineering/Master’s Degree from a reputed institute - 5+ year of experience in the B2B/SaaS/Enterprise domain. Great to have someone from the “Conversational AI” space - Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders in accounts; Effective in performing technical/functional activities required during pre-sales stage - Experience in Solution/Concept selling (CRM/ ERP/ Enterprise/ Contact Centers/ SaaS/ CPaaS Solutions) is desired - Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions with a consultative approach - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales - Ability to work as a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
