SUMMARY

Job Title: International Counselor

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

  • Call candidates to inform them about available job opportunities and invite them for walk-in sessions.
  • Meet walk-in visitors and scheduled leads; conduct short, structured counseling sessions.
  • Explain program pathways, eligibility criteria, and next steps in simple, clear language.
  • Pre - screen candidates for eligibility and assist with basic documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily trackers calls, visits, and conversions and share quick status updates with the team.
  • Support small outreach activities at nearby colleges, hostels, and community locations to generate leads.

RequirementsIdeal Candidate

  • Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
  • Fluent in English and Odia
  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive communicator
  • Freshers or candidates with 0 2 years of experience in counseling, education, or customer-facing roles are welcome
