Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling: Call leads to understand their course requirements and guide them about our online HR courses.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with students for enrollment and fee collection.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media marketing activities to promote courses.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the student database accurately.
- Payment Coordination: Coordinate payments and ensure proper record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Prior experience in similar role (2–3 years)
Other Details
- Monday to Saturday
- 9 am to 6 pm
- 2 mins for Badlapur West Railway Station
- Preferred : Female Candidate
