POSITION **-Compliance Officer - EPF & ESIC**

Location: - **Badlapur - West.**

Keephuman deals in to HR & legal compliances & contractual workman supplies to the various state of India such as Maharashtra, Gujrat, Himachal, Punjab & Daman n Diu

Monthly Responsibilities:
Generate EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) monthly challans accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with labor laws of India, including EPF Act, ESIC Act, and other relevant statutes.

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence.

Provide guidance and support to HR teams regarding EPF and ESIC compliance issues.

Conduct audits to verify compliance with EPF and ESIC regulations.

Liaise with government authorities for EPF and ESIC-related matters.

Prepare reports and documentation related to EPF and ESIC compliance.

Assist in resolving EPF and ESIC-related disputes and grievances.

Train HR and administrative staff on EPF and ESIC compliance requirements.

Collaborate with legal counsel on labor law matters as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in EPF and ESIC compliance, preferably in an HR or labor law consultancy firm.

In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, particularly EPF and ESIC Acts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Certification or training in EPF and ESIC compliance is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
