Job Title: Junior Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - ICU Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Badlapur

Night shift

Reports To: ICU Consultant / Senior RMO / Medical Superintendent Job Summary: The Junior RMO with ICU experience is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical support in the Intensive Care Unit. The role involves close monitoring of critically ill patients, assisting in medical procedures, and ensuring continuity of care under the guidance of senior consultants. Key Responsibilities: Monitor ICU patients and report clinical changes promptly to senior staff. Assist in performing and managing critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management (as per competence and training). Review patient charts and progress notes; update treatment plans in coordination with consultants. Respond immediately to medical emergencies in the ICU and initiate appropriate care. Ensure timely documentation of patient records, treatments, and clinical observations. Liaise with nursing staff and allied health professionals to coordinate care. Participate in ICU rounds, audits, and training sessions. Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and infection control measures. Qualifications and Skills: MBBS from a recognized institution (mandatory). Valid medical registration (MCI/State Medical Council).
