Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Arrange and maintain office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies
Assistance to Staff:
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Run errands such as delivering documents, parcels, or messages within the office or to external contacts.
- Help with basic administrative tasks, such as managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the office.
- Assist in basic office-related tasks, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
