Job Summary – Office Assistant (Outbound Calling & Customer Coordination)

We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Office Assistant to handle outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and documentation support. The role involves interacting with clients, sharing details about holiday packages, and assisting with membership or booking coordination.

This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are confident communicators and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers using company-provided leads.
  • Explain basic details about holiday packages or membership transfers.
  • Handle follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Assist in documentation, email coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Update and manage customer information using Excel or CRM tools.
  • Support the sales team with client coordination to help close deals smoothly.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication in Marathi,Hindi and English.
  • Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, polite communication style, and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
