We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our franchise sales, customer acquisition, and business expansion efforts across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve franchise sales and revenue growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire potential franchise partners across target markets.
- Lead the customer acquisition strategy to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Build and manage strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure operational excellence and mutual profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design impactful sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
- Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to the management.
