Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Management to join our team. This role involves working closely with Government and private sector stakeholders including Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Builders. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management and business development skills to specify and promote our products in various construction and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Government and private Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Builders.
· Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to clients and industry professionals.
· Specify and promote company products in relevant infrastructure and interior projects.
· Maintain direct communication with existing and potential clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Handle all correspondence with buyers including price negotiations, quotations, order status, payments, inquiries, and sample follow-ups.
· Execute business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
· Regularly visit project sites for follow-ups, mock-ups, and oversee product execution.
· Track and report performance against business targets (Planned vs. Actual).
· Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
· Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, especially in the construction/interiors sector.
· Strong network and client reach in the architecture, construction, or design industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proactive approach with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
· Relevant experience in dealing with project-based clients (architects, contractors, builders, etc.)
