As part of its strategic growth plan, MKC is now expanding into Real Estate Development, Hospitality (Hotels/Resorts), and Industrial / Manufacturing Plant Setup, and seeks an experienced professional to lead business development initiatives in these emerging sectors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager / Head to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Manufacturing Plant Setup domains.
The ideal candidate will lead feasibility studies, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end deal structuring to support MKC's diversification and growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Real Estate Development, Hotels/Resorts, and Industrial Projects.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and prepare financial projections for new ventures.
  • Manage land sourcing, due diligence, and coordination with consultants and local authorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, hotel operators, and industrial stakeholders.
  • Lead JV/JDA negotiations, franchise tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support management in concept planning, project structuring, and investment proposals.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams for transaction closures and internal approvals.
  • Represent the company at business forums, property exhibitions, and investor meetings.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–15 years of experience in Business Development / Project Development.
  • Proven exposure in at least two of the following domains:
    Real Estate Development
    Hotel / Hospitality Expansion
    Manufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Land Development
  • Experience in land acquisition, deal sourcing, JV structuring, and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of development regulations, government approvals, and real estate norms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and networking skills with a results-driven mindset.
