Key Responsibilities

  • Project Initiation : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Planning & Scheduling : Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation Execution & Monitoring : Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, etc. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to project Stakeholder & Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication of project expectations, progress, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts Quality Assurance & Risk Management : Implement QA processes to ensure deliverables meet client and business Project Closure : Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved operations/support teams. Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or similar certification Skills :
  • Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and IT security principles.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
