We are looking for a Project Manager to join our office. The role will be to manage a design project through its lifecycle. Defining timelines, budgets, maintaining client and consultant relationships will be a vital part of the Project Managers role. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across India.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparate project briefs and schedules and cost estimates at various stages of the project.
  • Finalize and onboard various consultants, experts and advisors for the project.
  • Represent HCP at various forums, client groups, stakeholder meetings, organize meetings as and when required and prepare notes and minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate with the design team, consultants, contractors to improve the design
  • Lead and manage the schedule and budget throughout the project life cycle.
  • Draft letters, emails, MoMs, Project notes etc. in grammatically correct English
  • Conduct periodical site visits to ensure adherence of design and resolve site issues.
  • Support the Business Development team for contracts and proposals.

Education:

  • Mandatory: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering / construction management
  • Preferred: Master's degree in project management.

Experience:

  • Years: 2 to 5 years
  • Industry: Project & Construction Management

  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language.
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Time & priority management
  • Leadership skills.
  • High proficiency in MS office and MS Projects.
  • Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards.
  • Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
