1.1.1.Vehicle management/ Hiring a vendor for parking management

1.2. Maintain continuous Liaison with the law enforcing/Civil/Licensing agencies for the smooth functioning of the Hospital

1.2.1.Intimation of medico legal cases to the nearest police authority.

  1. Liaison with police & traffic police

1.3. Exercise proper Access and Asset control through proper Man-Material management and Gate Pass System

  1. Responsible for key management

  2. Manage and provide Training as required for security guards and induct other employees on security norms

  3. Develop and implement protocols for dealing with fire hazards
  4. Ensure correct Death documentation as per statutory requirements
  5. Plan all security protocols and monitoring systems for access control
  6. Inter department co-ordination for day-to-day complaints from operation
  7. To ensure material/ assets are physically verified while coming in & going out of the premises. Maintenance of In/ Out inventory control register.
  8. To take regular rounds of the premises & ensure security measures are adhered.
  9. Ensure regulation of attendants / visitors flow.
  10. Vigilance & maintenance of industrial relations in the hospitals
  11. VIP patients security
  12. Coordinate in Medico legal cases so that there are no abnormal hold ups for patient care due to legal issues.
  13. Look out for and control untoward incidences.
  14. Generating MIS.
  15. Ambulance maintenance and operations.
  16. Integration of technology for security
  17. Disaster Management - Creation of emergency response team & SOPs, Drills
  18. Contract for security for Hospital & nursing hostel.
  19. Any other job assigned by concerned seniors.
