Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Noida with some work from home acceptable. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and direction of the company. Daily tasks include managing the software development team, guiding project management processes, defining IT strategy, overseeing architecture design, and driving product development. The CTO will collaborate with various departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
