What this actually means :
We're developing our own blockchain and the entire ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and more accessible. We're creating products and tools for the web 3.0 world, in shape of tokenization, yield generation, and Dapps to allow users to build real-world assets into tradeable digital tokens.
We're tackling the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.
Our team is working on bleeding-edge tech across blockchain, and distributed systems - with real-world problem solving and common utility. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and the Internet should work.
Our start-up journey involves constant evolution and adaptation to market dynamics. People work on strategizing entirely new systems to complete hands-on, within same week. Current Role : CTO/Technology Leader (Exchange)/ Stoex
Location : Noida (Hybrid)
Job Description :
You will take the role of Technology Leader. Expectations from the Role holder is to be a tech expert, manage our products - Stoex & Exchange, and lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient. You will build and scale processes for the team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership.
You will drive technical design, re-design, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As an Engineering Manager, you partner with cross-functional teams to create a vision and roadmap for the team and have a hands-on in the design choices & code reviews.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent stream. PG is good to have.
- Total Experience: 10-15 Years, in managing MERN/MEAN stack projects.
- Strong experience in Exchange / Blockchain products is essential.
- Strong fundamentals in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Strong Knowledge of System Architecture & Design, data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
