The Delivery Head cum CTO will lead the
end-to-end technology delivery ecosystem
, driving engineering excellence, architectural strategy, and operational efficiency across all project portfolios. This role requires strong technical and leadership capabilities to define the company's technology roadmap, scale AI-driven product innovation, and ensure seamless delivery execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee the delivery of
    complex, enterprise-level technology solutions
    across web, mobile, cloud, and AI-led platforms.
  • Define and execute
    technical strategy, solution architecture, and implementation frameworks
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead
    AI/ML innovation initiatives
    , enabling the development of intelligent automation, predictive systems, and scalable data-driven products.
  • Manage and mentor
    cross-functional engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams
    to maintain high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Optimise delivery pipelines using
    CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, microservices, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation
    .
  • Establish engineering best practices, code quality benchmarks, and delivery governance models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resource optimization, risk mitigation, and end-to-end delivery success.
  • Drive continuous improvement across
    agile delivery processes, performance engineering, and system scalability
    .

Qualifications

  • Proven technical leadership experience in
    enterprise engineering, SaaS product development, and large-scale solution delivery
    .
  • Strong command over
    AI/ML technologies, intelligent automation frameworks, and predictive analytics systems
    .
  • Expertise in
    cloud engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    ,
    DevOps automation
    , CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of
    digital transformation frameworks, enterprise application architectures, and API-driven ecosystems
    .
  • Demonstrated success in engineering management, cross-functional leadership, and building high-performance technical teams.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, architectural decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT
    , or equivalent. Certifications in
    AI/ML, Cloud, or DevOps
    are a strong advantage.
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality, scalable products, optimizing workflows, and establishing efficient engineering operations.
  • Knowledge of
    mobile application engineering, microservices design, and secure, fault-tolerant system architecture
    is highly beneficial.
