- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Customer service and relations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Act as a liaison between customers and staff, and manage potential conflicts.
Financial and inventory management
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget and financial goals.
- Monitor sales, track expenses, and analyze profit and loss statements.
- Order food, beverages, and supplies, and manage inventory levels to reduce waste.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
Marketing and strategic planning
- Implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage the restaurant's online presence.
- Analyze industry trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
