Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Sales Executive to lead our wedding rental furniture sales. The role requires excellent relationship management, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and direct clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate rental packages and layouts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics for timely delivery and setup.
  • Stay updated with event trends and client preferences.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales (event rentals/furniture/wedding industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint mandatory).
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
