As we expand our online footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Marketplace Executive to scale our presence across India's leading e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview

The Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing and growing SizeUpp's business across multiple marketplaces, including Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, TataCliq, Nykaa, and others. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset to ensure brand visibility, optimized listings, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations across all online marketplaces, ensuring accurate product listings, content, pricing, and inventory.
  • Grow brand visibility, sales, and share-of-cart through strategic campaigns and continuous performance optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns (sponsored listings, deals, offers) across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, image updates, promotions, and pricing alignment.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, campaign ROI, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and logistics SLAs.
  • Regularly update product catalogs, optimize keywords, and improve content for SEO and conversion.
  • Build strong working relationships with marketplace category managers to drive partnership initiatives.
  • Onboarding New marketplaces and coordinating with them

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (experience in fashion/apparel preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, promotional tools, and growth levers.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing (AMS, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads)
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
