Role Description:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across the Delhi region through franchise development and outlet performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential franchise partners and B2B clients.
  • Support and oversee existing café outlets to ensure consistent sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research and site visits to analyse trends, competitors, and location feasibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for local promotions, events, and brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and key customers.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; prepare and share performance reports with management.
  • Coordinate with field staff and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely execution of business goals.
  • Communicate effectively in Hindi and English.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or franchise operations.
  • Strong understanding of franchise development and Delhi NCR market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; Bengali is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and team coordination abilities.
