We're looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead remote IT operations across our offices in India, UAE, USA, Pakistan, and beyond.

This is a remote, full-time role where you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership — ensuring smooth connectivity, security, and support for our global workforce.

What You'll Do

a) Oversee IT infrastructure: laptops, desktops, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud systems.

b) Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

c) Configure and maintain VPNs, PABX/VoIP systems, and CCTV access across offices.

d) Implement cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, and data backup processes.

e) Develop IT policies, SOPs, and SLAs to ensure timely support and smooth operations.

f) Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

g) Lead and mentor a distributed IT support team across geographies.

What We're Looking For:

a) 8–12 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a managerial/lead role.

b) Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls) and Microsoft 365 administration.

c) Experience managing remote IT operations across multiple countries.

d) Familiarity with PABX/VoIP systems, NVR/CCTV setup, and Azure AD.

e) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

f) Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+/Security+ are a plus.
