Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior State Head for our Delhi location to lead and manage our dental laboratory operations. This full-time position requires a professional adept in leadership and management within the dental services industry. The role aims to drive growth and maintain high standards of service delivery that align with company values. The ideal candidate should blend their strategic insight with practical management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in strategic planning to align operations with business goals and drive growth.
  • Proficient in project management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in the dental industry to maintain adherence to legal standards.
  • Track record in sales, capable of driving revenue and expanding market reach.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively to optimize financial performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in team building to nurture and develop high-performing teams (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in target management with a focus on achieving and surpassing organizational objectives (Mandatory skill).
