Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for financial products
- Pitch and sell credit cards, loans, gold loans, and insurance
- Convince potential customers and close sales effectively
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Mandatory Skills & Criteria
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- English communication: Average to Good
- Must be a Graduate
- Unmarried candidates only
- No career gaps more than 3 months
- Age must be below 25 years
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or financial product sales
- Energetic and goal-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of credit and loan products
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
