We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Product Executive
with a background in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing training products tailored to industry needs, based on market research, academic trends, and feedback from learners and industry professionals. You will also be responsible for briefing and supporting the sales team with product knowledge and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research current trends, demands, and skill gaps in the civil/mechanical engineering domains
  • Design new training programs or refine existing ones in alignment with market needs
  • Prepare detailed product briefs, structures, and outcome documents for internal teams
  • Collaborate with trainers, academic partners, and industry experts for content development
  • Deliver product briefings and training sessions to the sales & marketing teams

  • Regularly update and maintain documentation for each product

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil or Mechanical Engineering
    (mandatory)

  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication and research aptitude may apply)
  • Strong analytical and research skills to study markets and structure programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of training, edtech, or core engineering roles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with trainers, sales, and academic teams


Work Location:

On-site – Bhubaneswar (Full-time, 6 days/week)
