Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Core tasks include presenting and promoting products, identifying customer needs, managing the sales process from inquiry to closure, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, collaborating with the showroom team, staying updated on market trends, and contributing to business growth through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of home decor materials such as tiles, marbles, flooring, and other related products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to meet sales targets, analyze customer needs, and provide solution-based recommendations
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions effectively
- Team collaboration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in retail or home decor, is an added advantage
