Job Title: Business Development Manager (Construction)

Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 7 years in business development (preferably in construction industry)

Job Description:Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote business development opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹100,000.00 per month
