Role Overview
The Salesforce Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Salesforce services and solutions, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and achieving business targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with a strong understanding of Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 6 Month - 3 years of experience in IT sales / SaaS sales (Salesforce sales experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen with customer-focused mindset.
