We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive who can generate leads and acquire projects related to Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation. The candidate will also be responsible for B2B marketing in schools, colleges, and training institutions, promoting our IT solutions, skill development programs, and digital services.

1. Key Responsibilities1. IT Services Marketing

  • Identify and acquire clients for web development, app development, digital marketing, and content creation services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential IT service clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present service proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand service capabilities and deliver accurate client solutions.

2. Education Sector (B2B) Marketing

  • Promote training programs, digital learning solutions, and IT-based courses to schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Visit educational institutions to generate leads and build partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and demos for decision-makers in institutions.
  • Manage relationships with Principals, Coordinators, Directors, and HODs.

3. Branding & Communication

  • Assist in developing promotional materials for IT services and education projects.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team for marketing collaterals.
  • Manage social media promotions and digital campaigns when required.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and renewals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT services (web, app, digital marketing).
  • Experience in B2B or institutional marketing (preferred).
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle field visits.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT marketing / education marketing preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
