We’re seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce marketing executive to join our dynamic team at Adwalnut Technologies Pvt.Ltd.

You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce marketing executive, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.

**Objectives of this role**
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
- Optimise end-to-end e-commerce marketing journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce marketing platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
- **Requirements**
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
