Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:Identify and develop sales opportunities in the tourism industry.

Generate leads, pitch services to potential clients, and close sales deals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential market segments, trends, and opportunities.

Analyze customer feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:
