Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for LED lighting products.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment in product promotion.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Plan, manage, and execute outdoor campaigns (LED)
- Liaise with vendors and ensure quality and timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide execution reports
- Ensure brand compliance and visual standards are met in all outdoor executions
- Proven experience in outdoor media or advertising agencies
- Should have good Clientele.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
