Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: DC Block, Saltlake, Sector 1, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700064

Reports to: Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy and drive measurable growth across digital channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and deliver exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Oversee and optimise campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company's website and digital content to ensure it aligns with brand and conversion goals.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of spend and maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, and product) and external agencies to ensure campaign consistency and performance.
  • Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows, CRM integration, and lead nurturing strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (4–6+ years) in a digital marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot / Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills — comfortable turning insights into action.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small marketing team (desirable).
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
