Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a a creative and results-driven Communications Specialist located in Worli, Mumbai. This role demands strong copywriting abilities, campaign planning expertise, and the ability to ideate and create compelling, high-engagement content across digital platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart who understands brand positioning and can adapt messaging across diverse formats and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns, press release, social media, blogs, and video scripts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-platform communication campaigns.
  • Generate fresh, creative content ideas for different platforms and formats (reels, stories, carousels etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns from concept to rollout.
  • Create and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor trends and insights to develop content that increases engagement and reach.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in a communications, social media, or content creation role.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of digital content.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is a plus.
