We are seeking a skilled IT Site Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to our organization. You will be reporting to the IT Manager. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to IT Helpdesk requests and efficiently troubleshooting technology-related issues.
  • Delivering hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for systems, applications, software, and hardware.
  • Managing the lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of devices and peripherals.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining standard hardware, software, and system images as per company specifications.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and supporting conference room technologies, Zoom services, and printers.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Skilled in using ServiceNow for support request management and experienced with Windows, MacOS, and mobile hardware deployment.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and MS Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in technical and client-focused support.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficient in Zoom Room setup, troubleshooting, and IT asset management systems.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including subnets, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in IT security best practices.
